Had to program my profrec A with the external wastegates. Pretty easy to do. Took the back roads with Jesster in the passenger seat to keep an eye on the boost guage while I did full throttle 3rd gear runs out in the farmland back roads. To make the boost setting match the actual boost you have to use the offset turn knobs. Just on pump gas boost 15-16lbs. In second gear in 90degree weather rear tires get squirly and spin. I have 285/35/18 nearly worn michelin pilots which are pretty grippy.
The lag is noticeble. Don't reach maximum boost till 4500 rpm. After 4500 rpm the car pulls strong all the way to red ine . Unlike a stock Z with loses it pull after 5500rpm .The car still needs to be tuned. I figure with turning on the dyno jet and afc and it should reduce lag. I added 10% fuel from 5000rpm to 7500 rpm for safety. Don't have my friend's wide band o2 sensor. Jesster felt that it pulled good in 3rd gear. He said it definately felt faster than his car. Looking at maybe dynoing tuning this weekend with the wide band o2 . Mike
