lower gearing (Don't ask me why). Therefore NUMERICALLY lower gearing is called higher gearing (still don't ask me why). So this is for members that need to be able to sustain a high rate of speed/RPM for a long period of time, or who have a drag car that will need higher (numerically lower like 3.3 or 2.9) gearing to get them thru the 1/4 mile without over-reving their engines. Our TTs come stock with 3.69 differential gears. Hope that makes sense, Mark
