Message	Always have been, always will be. They have always been super conservative when it comes to rating them. Even the average build should be able to get the flywheel power they rate them at. The fact that many of us get closer to the RWHP number of the turbos is indicative of how good supporting parts, tuning and other things related to the Z's progress are getting...not the turbos underperforming.
