Message	I hung a chain through the hole where the shifter goes and put a long bolt through it so I could support the tail. It also gives you a handle to pull up on. I also cut a "V" groove in a small 2X4 to put between the tranny and the floor jack at the front to keep the tranny from turning side to side. I've put several in by myself (automatic and manual). It's only about 85 lbs! ( more than half my weight and not quite half my age ; )
