aren't the same ones working on cars. Just because Ash and others put them on the spot all the time and pin them against the wall, they have to dig themselves out and they get flamed every time. They're trying to run a business, and every business has its pros and cons. Evidentally one of the cons is their bad rap on tt.net, but I wouldn't say that their business is crap just because most of you don't like how they respond to their customer service. I don't deal much with them online, but since I am local, I have my car there every now and again, and I get great service when I am there, I did at their old building the same as the new, I did before, during, and after Ash, and I look forward to the next time I break something so i can take my car in and have them work on it. It seems like communication is their weakest point, which to most of you might be huge since you aren't local to Z1 and can only deal with them over the internet. Obviously, I can't speak on what I haven't had experience with, so if that is the subject that is at hand I apologize for hording in. But just allow me to say that in dealing with them in person for the past few years, I have had no problems and have only had respect and good, fast work as the outcome of my visits there.
