I've been taking my Z there since before Ash was even there. He is no longer with Z1, and since he was the main reason they were getting a bad rap, because he did not communicate well with the other workers and mechanics there (among plenty of other reasons), so now that he is gone, they have once again become a very good business. They may be a bit understaffed, but I think more likely their building is just too large and spread out (albeit it is sweet), and therefore when a staff member goes to the garage to speak with a mechanic, it takes a bit longer to get things done. Their mechanics are quite experienced, and they don't screw around with your time either. They also have a chip they sell, which is kind of a mix b/t JWT and Ash, utilizing "the best of both" chips. I have it installed on my Z, and it has run much nicer than when I had a JWT chip, without any power loss (at least on the dyno, 340rwhp - chip only). At any rate, the are a very legit business, and I would not hesitate to send anybody their way.
