Message	:we aren't allowed to pass under braking or go around the person during the corner. I know I missed the driver's meeting, but unless they changed things when I wasn't looking advanced drivers were allowed to pass anywhere with a mandatory point-by and not in the breaking zone. I just start out polite like in that video clip, and then get more agressive if they refuse to point me by. First by driving closer to their bumper in the corners, and then if I have to pass them under breaking or in a corner without a point by then so be it, but it's almost never necessary.
