Well, I finally got around to buying the site and getting a few of the guys together around town to begin to establish a new Nissan Car club in San Antonio. Nissan of SA, is gonna be the label we stick on this beyatch for now. Candy2dr has graciously volunteered to build the site. Luis, Mousersix, Joel (not PA), Waco, FlawlessZ and a handful of other guys with various Nissan love have all been kicking me in the ass to get a club together....so we did. No presidents or officers just spokespeople, No long speeches, No club fees...No political mess. Just Nissan nuts getting together to have a good time. I plan on having a once a month meet up at something equivelant to a Hooters or resteraunt. I have found that most clubs get too political and seem to loose track of the core element, discussing cars. I just want to go back to having fun and enjoying my cars...working on my/other folks cars....getting together and meeting some cool people. I am happy to make this announcement and hope this will draw a lot of good nissan enthusiasts out of the woodwork in and around San Antonio. I missed being involved in the Z scene locally so I decided to do my own thing along with some really great folks here in SA. My hats off to them for pushing me to get this started, but it's their club as much as mine. Maybe after we get on our own two feet we will merge with the Zsport as a sister club, but only time will tell with that.
