| point that everyone else wants to know are two things only : are these manifolds better than Specialty Z's and will they crack. Nothing more nothing less. By reviewing the pictures, you can't really tell that. They don't look fancy like Pentroofs or for that matter Specialty Z's. Yes Specialty Z's has been known to crack and suppossedly he has taken steps to prevent that from happening again. THey may or may not crack again. I hope that they won't. The point is this - Ash has been saying and others ( like Maglito ) that these if done correctly should flow in the neighborhood of Specialty Z's inconels and should not crack at all. I personally think that if I pay almost 2k for manifolds ( or even in this case 1k )- they should flow to my minimum expectations and not crack at all. The verdict is out until a dyno chart is available on wheather these will flow that well or comparable to SZ manifolds. The casual observer like myself will not look at these after seeing a pair of Specialty Z manifolds, Pentroofs ( which I have seen ), greddy tubulars, or ported stock and say "oooh ahhh" for 1k... we need the dyno numbers !
