Message	to prove a 'pace' the issuing officer must be able to prove that his speedo has been recently calibrated in some fashion, either by a machanic, or by testing it along side a radar/laser, that has to also be proven to be tested properly to be working...I do realize that 10mph is more severe then 10kmh, we usually get a window of 20 over here in Toronto, unless it's a school zone Gotta Love The Z
