you go thru the gears. To really be able to tell, a dyno is important to have so you can plug in some formulas into your dyno chart and determine the best shift points. But for a stock turboed car, the shift points are fairly constant: (about) 7,000 for 1st to second; 6,600 for 2nd to 3rd; and 6,200 for 3rd to 4th. Hope that helps, Mark
