simple explanation (because I don't have a complicated one) is that you eat up the early part of the track faster and leave less room to get your MPH up. As opposed to a slow 60' with alot of early tire slip, but the car starts taking off down the track at an earlier place in the run, so you end up with a slower ET (because of the tire spinning), but a higher MPH (because of more track to use to accelerate). I'm assuming your earlier runs had slower 60' times. If not, throw all of the previous pontificating out of the window. Seriously, it's predictable that as a car increses it's 60' time, the MPH will frequently drop. And welcome to the 12 second club. Hope that makes some sense, Mark
