I'll restate it... I took my car in for an estimate, I was upfront about the fact that I had parts for them to install. They said OK, come back in 3 weeks and we'll look at it. Almost 5 weeks afterwards, they're refusing to do work on grounds that had been established ON DAY 1. That is BAD service, and can be reported. I don't see the requirement to spend any money to warrant bad service or a complaint to the BBB.
