Good instructors are worth their weight in gold.So after spending both Sat and Sun with NASA driving around this: 
I went back yesterday with [ www.clubZ.org ]
I only drove 198 miles on the track, it kinda sucked. NOT. I signed up for group B, so I could get an istructor. I never did con anyone into riding along in the
rotary death machine. After the 2 morning sessions, since there were just 50 or so people TOTAL,
they combined A & B, and added more sessions. I moved to group C, so as to to not get stuck
behind the less track worthy cars (ie porsche 911s and such). The highlights of my day: 1) Having a very very good driver drive me around in my car, and show me what it REALLY can do.
We kept up with an NSX for 3/4 of a lap, before the instructor's knee bumped the ignition, and the car stalled.
I saw about 50 things he does, that I better learn to do. 2) Letting that damn Elise past me on the backstretch, then riding his ass through 14,
to watch that mid engined toyota powered dream car of mine, spin. lmfao 3) Everyone at the track. Low lights: 1) Getting worked by the Gee. Gee 1, rx7 0. :( 2) None other. On to the pics..... Not in any particular order.... A group pre-gridding.
