Message	To my knowledge Coz and SPL are small peeps. SGP is a full scale shop, so is Z1. Z1 is just plain pathetic with emails. I on't think i've ever had a response from them....so i stopped trying. SPL, SGP, and Coz DO email back as soon as possible. I've never had a problem with that. The 48 hours is there to give them a window to deal with problems that might arise. GotCarolina Z?
