| Well, I've had a crack on my Z's windshield since I bought it. Its a chip really, but its got other chips and flaws in it so its been on my list. I have always put it off because I needed the time to call insurance to schedule replacement (free in FL, with comprehensive coverage). I call my agent and find that I've got BASIC insurance on my beloved Z. WTF!!!!? How did this happen?!! One call to the misses and I find out she dropped it down because it was cheaper. When she called to get insurance on her CR-V she got last year she changed the insurance around and dropped everything on the Z. Her logic was that since we owned it, there was no reason to insure it. WHAT?! Needless to say, I changed the insurance coverage immediately but now I have to pay out of pocket for the windshield, which is about $240 installed from Safelite(sp?). They are coming to the house Thursday. Anyways, just needed to vent. I hate to think what could have happened...
