Message	Looks like they grounded the wastegate solenoid. There are numerous reasons for doing this though you need to find out why considering the other boneheaded stuff the prior owner did with the wiring from looking at your images. FWIU reasons to ground it are: -Bad ground to the wastegate solenoid, if this is the reason that it is OK FWIU to ground it -Some other problem which the prior owner could not figure out how to fix, i.e was always in safety boost so they basically bypassed the safety boost feature by grounding it. IMHO not a good idea since it does not address the reason for going into safety boost... Kinda strange the rust in the 2nd to last picture... --------------------------------------------------------- "Boosting as funds and time permits, funds mostly..." There are no stupid questions, but there are a LOT of inquisitive idiots.
