Message	plug your valve cover vents, remove oil filter, and put 5psi air through your dipstick tube. This will force the oil in your oil pan to go up through the oil pump pickup tube. Crank the engine until you see oil coming out of your oil filter tree, and you're done. Put filter back on and crank a bit more to oil the rest of your engine. Works pretty well...I've done this myself
