| Stillen slack because he's a celeb? A lot of what you said could be applied to Z1, so I'm curious what the difference is between these two examples. I should dredge up an old post where I explained that there is an expectation when doing business with people that to convince them to part with their money, you need to provide them with a satisfactory level of customer service. This is regardless of who you are (or claim to be), and any credentials that can go with it. Disclaimer: I have not purchased anything from Z1 nor Stillen and cannot personally vouch for their customer service, or lack thereof. However, with Z1 being a site sponsor I believe that such sponsors are entitled to have a fair shake. We've seen posts come up about once a month (or slightly less) with a complaint about Z1. Some have been found to be without merit while others are leaning towards a potential problem. I don't know what to make of it.... Dave N.
