1000 rpm, more lag due to smaller compressor wheel, ect. With both using .64 A/R exhaust turbine housings I bet it would be closer than those answers would have you believe. Keep in mind the GT28RS is a much newer more efficent design. There is simply not enough data out there that I know of to make such statements as the above. If they know of data that I do not - please, by all means share.
