Message	the car should have mandatory state minimum liability. i know at thrifty all of our cars come with 20k/40k property and medical (though you can purchase additional insurance.) also, if the rental was done with a credit card, they may be able to handle any other charges if they are past the limits of the state minimum. good luck. you can get your money. -Andrew '90 Aztec Red NA AIM: revescenin OR epsilaptop
