I'd just go to the first shop and have a man-to-man with the manager/owner. Just put everything out on the table. Tell him how much you love your car. Bring up the fact that this is an enthusiast vehicle and that every little flaw is a big deal. Be calm and talk to him as if you already know he's going to do the right thing. The "right thing," in my opinion, is to order the correct color glass for you and install it. With the tint shop, I think you're kind of on your own there. They just did the job they were told to do. They should have called when they noticed that the windows didn't match, but you can't really say they are financially liable for not doing so. They should fix the dirt/bubbles for free (and most shops will do that without argument) but you might have to pay to re-tint the replacement window.
