bandwagon. If I recall correctly, I made a public statement that "the war is over", with respect to my online "whistle blowing" of all the unprofessional things that Z1 employees subjected me and my property to. I haven't made word of that stuff in some time. From that point onward though, I, as well as my customers, have continued to be the victim of various Z1 oversights. When these events have taken place, I have refrained from bandwagoning against Z1 here but the customers themselves have gone public with the information. As for the turbos, I measured the compressor wheel only, not the turbine. When I measured the compressor wheel and it fit the measurements of a stock wheel, you have no idea how frustrating that was for me to discover. In pure rage, I shot out of the shop with all sorts of thoughts going through my mind, however, I did not come to the forum and start posting about how Z1 is trying to rip people off; fact is, I didn't know what the story was and I still dont know for sure. All I knew was that those turbos weren't going on Rob's car. Although you will likely cringe to this, consider our relationship a 2-way street. You have to figure that we are in the same line of business and we are going to cross paths from time to time whether you like it or not. So, you could either publically complain about it, which will make you look like a fool, or, just let it go. You have a huge tendency to micromanage things and it is destroying your reputation. I can't believe we are still hung up on this turbo ordeal and I will not get into any childish argument about who did what. If it makes you feel any better, just keep in mind that I frequently recommend people to purchase the turbochargers that you guys sell. I developed them myself, on my own car and with my own money, and I could gripe and moan about that fact, but the reality of it is that I would look like you do here. Instead, I realize the fact that I dont sell turbos and you guys do, and Z1 is the only place to get the turbos I designed.... and you dont have to thank me for sending you some business. Regardless, just keep the fact in mind that I am helping you guys (in some ways) and try to look at the big picture. Remember, two-way. But you have to ask yourself the question: Why would I recommend people to buy Z1 turbochargers, but then pull some scam about the turbos you guys sent to Rob? I'm not talking about one or two recommendations either - try a couple of dozen in the past 6 months. I didn't design the Sport500s, but I really like Sport500s now that I have had first-hand experience with them. They would have been a great turbo to use on Rob's car. I also had a lot of work I wanted to get done and get paid on. I wont waste my money to try and bring a bad reputation to Z1. And not to throw any punches with this statement, but you guys are taking care of yourselves without any action from myself, if you catch my drift. Why would I waste money on something like that?
