Message Just wanted to post a thanks to Bernie for helping me solve an anoying vibration problem that I had. In short, my Z is a 90TT (low milage, but still 15 years old) that was experiencing all kinds of vibration problems that seemed to be getting worse the past few years. When starting out after the car was sitting for a while, there would be a bad vibration (almost like hitting a harmonic frequency) that would go through the whole car. This was undoubtably caused by cold tires with flat spots due to setting in one spot, however, all the worn suspension parts were magnifying the effect. In addition, the steering wheel would just vibrate slightly even after the tires warmed up and really vibrate if I stood on the brakes hard. The car was also experiencing some excessive wearing on the inside of the tires as well.

Anyway, after discussing the problem with Bernie, he suggested steering rack bushing, alignment and sagging stock springs as the most likely source of the problem. I purchased the new energy suspension rack bushing, new OEM shocks, Eibach lowering springs, 300Degree camber adjusting kit and added Stillen front and rear sway bars and Energy Suspension tie rod bushings as well. I already had Carbing strut tower bars front and rear. After getting the car back yeasterday, I have to say that I can't beleive the difference. I mean it handles like a brand new car (probably better than new). All the vibration problems are gone and the car is just rock solid !!!.

Just wanted to post a thanks to a fellow TT.net member for helping out.
