Message	Russell, I spent $750 on pipes plus P+P to IRELAND. IN case you forgot, its not easy for me to get my car to your technicians to "pullthe pipes in 30 mns". Theres nothing unreasonable about wanting a refund or credit. You offered me a paltry $400 which you revoked. As for "cussing Robert out" this is lies and you know it Russ. You are in big trouble and you know it. Just because I've brought this issue into the public arena you are putting the public relations/smoothing things over look on things when the reality is that I've been left high and dry
