| Ah yes, canadia - where the concept of holding someone responsible for killing someone is taking away their cigarettes for a week. Here's a hint Captain Canadia: Your legal system has just as much bullshit as ours does. That's a different topic though. First of all, you know well that track security officials could have been held liable for not keeping nocturnal ricers off the track. You can argue all day long as you've well demonstrated, but that doesn't mean you are actually correct. Secondly you didn't even address the fact that you endangered your girlfriend's life. As a matter of fact you completely ignored that point as if her life means little or nothing to you. I find it ironic you can be so sensitive to the melodramatic undercurrents you canucks stir up on this forum, but don't mind endangering your girlfriend in real life. The fact is you were doing over 120mph (as you stated) on a unfamiliar racetrack with no lights, no helmet, a passenger, and you had absolutely no idea if there was track debris and you certainly didn't know the track layout first hand. Do as you will, but don't expect anyone smarter than a lobster to condone your witless blunderings.
