However, I feel that some of your requests/expectations are a little unreasonable. First of all these are the same pipes that we install almost everyday in our shop without problems. They are all made from the same jig. I am however not saying its impossible that there is a problem. If there are fittment issues we obviously need to see why. We would need to get the pipes back and test them here on a car, if they fit fine here then there is some other issue with your car, if not we should refund your money for the pipes and shipping expenses. Unfortunately, we will not be able to compensate you for labor costs. The motor doesn't have to be pulled and our techicians can pull test pipes and downpipes in under a half hour. So what you are asking for is outlandish. It is my understanding that Robert has already let you know that if you return the pipes we will investigate and do what we need to do to make the situation right. But, from what I am told you want to keep the pipes and send you like $400 in free parts. You sent us some pics, but they aren't very clear, and I can't really determine why you are having issues. Maybe the testpipe is against the body, but why? There is always a slim possibility that the guy that makes our exhaust pieces had some sort of lapse when they welded your set up, in which case we will take care of it, but its something we will have to check and hold the manufacturer responsible for. I'll be happy to work with you towards a fair resolution, but from reading Roberts e-mails basically just cussing him out when he is trying to help, I'm not sure how far we will get.
