There is a thing called paintless dent repair. I had one of my doors done, and they do a good job on dings. However, if the ding is in a bad spot, they can't get to it sometimes (particularly the ones that are near the front of your door (near the hinge) I think i remember them saying they COULD get to them, but it requires taking the door panel off (not a problem...but i was at the ECZA meet and i didnt have cash for that kind of job to be done. So Its a Yes, but the 2nd part on hard-to-reach dents is kind of a question im asking myself.
