unique to itself, as most "used" cars would be.  Clearly a Z32 with 100K to 150K miles is going to see some significant maintenance due (clutch, front brake pads, T-Belt, drive belts, water pump, and other reg. maintenance items).   I think some Z32's go for sale around 100K to 150K miles because people don't want to deal with a big maintenance expense.    I found at about 200K to 230K miles I had to replace the alternator, starter and fuel injectors on my 94TT.   I think the OEM parts are very good and reliable, and in the long haul this is a very good sports car to own in regards to maintenance expense vs. reliability (as far as high end sports cars go).
