Message	I use to work at a record store back in the 80's (!) and we had this handicap guy who drove his "golf cart" in almost every day to rent movies. He had to pull his wheelchair out of it and manage to crawl into it. Well, one day some looser pulls into the handicap spot (not handicap) and walks in. The guy in the cart parks directly behind his car, blocks him in and would not move until the police showed up!! :D When the cops did show, they wrote the guy a ticket for it.
