Message :There is a misconception that our front camber arms have unshielded ball bearings. This is another false statement.

No, there was never a misconception that your front camber arms have unsheilded bearings. The issue is why you chose to use a sheilded bearing versus a sealed bearing.

The ball bearing on out camber arms are shielded Nachi Ball bearings. They are of the highest quality Japanese ball bearing offered. They protect the bearings just as well as sealed bearings.

Incorrect. Sealed bearings will always offer superior protection against dirt and water than sheilded bearings.

Only in the case if one was to submerge the car up passed the upper camber arms in water would it be an issue.

Not really. People drive their cars in the rain.

Also, the bearing does not spin in a constant motion like a wheel bearing. It moves less than a quarter of a turn. There is absolutely no question that the bearings are shielded.

Whether or not the bearings were sheilded was never in question. IMHO, this is a flaw in your product that can be easily and inexpensively corrected. Why you refuse to change to a sealed bearing is beyond me.

The rest of your product line looks nice
