Message	and told me that he will do everything he can to make sure my back window defroster will stay intact. Everything is ok and no scratches on the windows AND my back defroster works prefectly and nothing is ripped. The shop does amazing work. I have nightmares about that happening...I'd be the poor bastard you'd hear about on the news that gets killed by a softball-size chunk while spreading out my body over the hood and screaming "Nooo!"
