Message	1. The other cars mentioned were all designed with suspensions for 18 and 19 inch wheels. The Z32 was designed with 16 inch wheels. The more you go away from stock , the more you will have to make suspension adjustments to compensate. 2. In what way is a 285/35-18 on an 18x10 wheel any better than a 285/40-17 on a 17x10 of the same make? You have a half an inch difference in sidewall height, so you might get a slight gain in stiffness there. However, your wheel is heavier, your tire is heavier, and both ar more expensive. Also, your rim is more susceptible to damage. If that slight gain in stiffness is so important, run a 35 series 17" tire. Gimme the 17's. And thanks to Guapo... I got my first ride in a Twinturbo... at speed... on a race track.
