Message just wondered if you'd been able to reach him and if he'd given you
anything to work with, good or bad. I know some people have been
stung by GMS, while others have held onto the "Chip is a good guy"
mentality. It's just not a story I've kept close tabs on since I never had
any dealings with him.

If all he had to say in reply to your initial queries was that they were out
of business, that sounds like ammunition against him - I'd think that a
person with a reputation to uphold would have at least tried to work with
you in some way. Good luck with your case!
