except.....i got a citation and had to pay $75 skrill. it was so dumb the way they did it. i was just getting off the highway entering independence, MO and i was behind an unmarked lumina and i could see him looking in his rear view mirror and as soon as we turned left to go up this hill in the distance i see this police cruiser in the median turning around to come pull me over, so he did and he was so mad that i didnt have it on there. i was like sorry bud i'm getting a bracket sent to me from wingswest so it will be on there dont you worry. but he still wrote me up...
