Message I don’t know if you need to police the classes. It’s not like people are wining money here, I look at it as a more of a bench mark and something to inspire more Z32 owners to challenge themselves to make their Z32 faster and to reward those who succeed. It also helps others to make better decisions on what upgrades they choose to purchase.

The Z32 community is very close and very friendly, and I think they can police themselves to a certain point. The simple rule could be, if you are caught cheating or lying about a mod then your time is removed and you are banned from contributing again. If questions come up they can be addressed here on the board by the racers who participate. So in this case you would poll the racers who are in the class and let them decide if Charles’ run should count.

I would just hate to see some of the guys who are doing so well in the stock turbo class not be recognized for their efforts and accomplishments. I clearly see four classes of Z32 cars racing today. I also think it’s unfair to group them all together. Obviously we have plenty of time to define the classes before the year ends and giving everyone notice of where they will land next year. The man reason for the four classes is NOS, it’s such a power advantage that you can’t really compare one car with NOS to another car without NOS. And to add insult to injury not everyone wants to use NOS due to its risks of causing engine failure. I’m personally not a fan of NOS and I am sure others feel the same way. If everyone has to run NOS to be competitive then what’s the point of racing unless you like NOS. Like I said before rules make more of a level playing field, so everyone can enjoy themselves and be competitive at the same time. Hope you reconsider my suggestion of making more classes over less classes in the future. If you do decide to make more classes I would be happy to help setup the guidelines for the classes.
