I was a big supporter of tirerack. But I have found that I can usually get tires, installation, disposal, etc much cheaper through my local vendors. Believe it or not, Costco has some really good deals. Tirerack is pretty much hit or miss these days. I don't feel that it's anything that tirerack has done. I think that the local guys finally got wise and adjusted their prices to be competitive. For rims, tirerack does have a good selection. However, I don't really buy rims, so I have no real opinion where to go.
