Message	They spend all kinds of money "proving" that deaths and injuries occur on speed and other related infractions. Its their way of justifying raising their customers rates once they get a ticket. They lobby for those laws way harder than enthusiasts can ever imagine, so they can pad their pockets, from the top to the bottom (your agent). I cant wait for the day when I am personally so wealthy I can not carry any insurance and subsidize those fucking bastards.....lol.
