around to go see you and the others dyno their cars . 5 cars to be dyno'd, What an exciting afternoon. I really liked the expression on your face when I talked to you about you picking up an extra 300 hp. Totally unreal. Hope to see you again at another event. My hats off to Greg & Seb who were quick to find & fix your problems. Great to be able to see Greg at work on the dyno, working his magic, adjusting the AFC & such & Seb at work at the controls of the monitor keeping tabs on everything. At the shop or the dyno they are a classs act. Always glad to get a chance to hang out with the gang and just about everyone was happy to see the positive results of the mods they did to their car turn into higher no's on the dyno. I always learn something about our cars from being around you guys. Thanks for a great afternoon! Interestingly, it didnt appear to create any horsepower on this run (i used a mixture of denatured alcohol and distilled water) : . : :6th run, going for all the marbles: 600 rwhp!!! : . : :Afterwards, Greg took me for a ride in my own car. Still on C16 and cranking up the boost to 1.85 bar, it is scary and i mean scary fast how fast this car feels on the street. :I was pleasantly suprised with the results of the dyno session. We used C16 race gas for all the runs. Pump gas figures (In Cali we have 91 octane so 15 psi would be the max i'd run on 91) for 15 psi seem low to me but i guess that only reinforces the fact that if you want high power you have to pay to play (run race gas). Overall i am very happy with the results and the tuning session. Greg and Seb really know their stuff when it comes to Z's, they live eat and breathe the Z32 and I want to thank them for their southern california hospitality as well as all the other people who were at the dyno yesterday. I also wanted to thank John from Exact Motorsports in Milpitas for dolng a great job in putting most of the car in its present incarnation together. : :
