and having similar thoughts/questions. My thoughts, which probably won't help you at all:There are so many personalized plates in my area (NoVA) that it's ridiculous. It's to the point where it's kind of lame - "Oh, there's ANOTHER one." "Oh, you think you're special." "That only means something you and and two other people in the world; why is it your message to the public??" These are the thoughts that go through my head. But lately I've had a desire for recognition, so that when a fellow Z-er sees me on the street, he/she wouldn't have to make "Who was that?" posts - they'd know. That appeals to me. For instance, if I ever see a green Z in front of me with a certain tag, I'll know it's Bernie, and that's cool. It would be cool to go to a Z function and have every tt.net member who sees my car in the lot know I'm there. I'm a bit of a hypocrite - whenever I see a Z with a personalized tag, I like it. ;-) But I still haven't decided, and someone will probably take my tags before I decide to, and there's only one choice for me; otherwise it's pointless. :-P Anyway, just rambling since this is on my mind, too...
