Message	but i wasn't sure how to set the levels on the potentiometers. So I used a CDR with a song recorded at a level I knew was on the higher volume end and turned the Alpine up to 15. Then I adjusted the pots to get the levels right in the four corners. In retrospect, a noise source, like a pink noise CD would have been a better tool to use, rather than a dynamic recording. No issues once I installed the Alpine with the stock Bose amplifers. I belive many of the issues with the stock Bose system originate in the head unit, a part we don't even make.
