Message	In discussing the issue with my brother, who is a police officer in another state, I've decided to file a complaint, after the issues have been fought out in court. The situation was so bizarre that filing the facts with his superiors may be enough for him to think twice before pulling something like that again. Either way though he still wins by costing me 3-5 days (meetings with attorney and court appearances) of work, $2500 plus in attorney's fees, etc..
