the legal fees it would probably take to force them to fix an unrelated failure (which wouldn't be as cut and dry as a aftermarket turbo causing a broken Nav system) would likely make it just as costly as just paying out of pocket, plus your car is out of commission in the meantime, not to mention the headache of the whole situation. Those fees are far less costly to a dealership. I think he is being smart with not getting crazy under the hood. I think I would choose the warranty over the HP myself given my fiscal situation. Hell I would take 3/36k over HP much less 7/100k! I had no idea Nissan started offering those kinds of warranties. Looks very good by the way, nice wheels, especially dig the front splitter.
