Message	And the burden of proof is on the auto manufacturer. Further, if an aftermarket part is at fault, only the portions of the vehicle directly affected are no longer covered. That is, the twin turbo setup under the hood does not give Nissan the right to refuse to fix a broken navi system (for example). So mod on, and enjoy the ride!
