Message	valve considering the leanness of that bank of cylinders as compared to the other side. At least we were correct in knowing it was a valve issue, but the fact it is a bent valve is quite a suprise. Not to jump to conclusions, but something that you should definately check over with them, in their presence during the disassembly: Be sure to note the spring installation orientation (there is a TOP and BOTTOM to them) as well as if the spring seat washer was installed. If they didn't get this part of the assembly right, you might want to discuss some sort of compensation for their lack of attention to detail on such a critical component.
