pulled over for speeding in "heavy traffic". Really how fast can you go? if you're in "heavy traffic" that means nobody is even near the speed limit nevermind speeding. Unless you use the breakdown lane as your own private racing circuit, in that case no V1, Escort or even your parents are going to save you form a nice fat fine.
And for the visibility of the lights, doesn't the V1 come with a nice alarm? souldn't your eyes be on the road instead of the radar? By the time either the lights or the alarm go off, it usually means "slow your ass down, 5-0 has you within range".
