| I've just finished graduate school and I took a job in Miami. I'm moving some time in July and had a few questions initially. I'm sure I'll have more so if someone would be cool enough to help me with other questions in the future just drop me an email. 1. Are there emissions testings in Miami, FL? 2. Are there any other car related laws / issues that I should worry about such as license plates, radar detectors, etc.? 3. No offense to the really young guys out there, I was there once, but if one of you is a young professional (late twenties / early thirties) and single I'd like some input on what cities/communities to live in that would be good. I like downtown Miami but not sure about my commute to Miami Lakes. I'm unsure about a house with a garage or condo with a garage. 4. Any idea what the property taxes are like in Miami-Dade county? 5. Pertaining to Condo's, what do association fees range from and what do they typically include? 6. Lastly, DOES ANYONE PLAY ANY ICE HOCKEY THERE? I have one contact that does but I'm looking for more as I like playing a few times a week and I know they play down there but just not sure where.
