Message	orders (no computers) and traditionally delay, then mess up orders to their distributors. It is still a problem, hence why I don't carry much of the Samco line anymore either (just some upper rad pipes and random elbows). I used to tell customers that custom orders were a 6 month wait, just to be safe. BRITS (they're SoCal distributor) says they'll be out of business soon.
