| And now they are finished. I wanted to publically thank those who participated in the eXtreme dual intake groupbuy - we ended up with a total of 23 members - without your support, this product would not have made it to fruition. Thankyou all! I have spent the last couple of days off/on putting these together. I am still waiting on the rest of the couplers and MAS units to complete these kits, so hang in there just a little bit longer - they will be at your doorsteps in short time! Thanks again for your patience!
And I discovered a little technique that I noted my TIG welder guy using when he was welding up my manifolds.. It is a motion with the MIG torch like 1 step backwards, two steps forward, and so on. Pulling the torch back that one step causes the metal to pool out again (re-liquiefy) for just a moment and it creates the "dime" patterns that is common with TIG welding. All of this welding was done with a Lincoln MIG welder though..... Just a little FYI for the guys out there learning MIG welding...
Thanks again to everyone for their ongoing support!
