Subject	Racing Budgets?

Message	I was just wondering, for those that "road/circut race," how much to you budget per race. Right now my car is on stands till I finish up this whole PhD thing but I'm looking to attempt to regularly attend track events once I'm done. What I figured goes something as follows: For 2 race days: Tires $600 Fuel $80 Fees $200 Oil $50 Brake Fluid $25 Brake Pads $100 ----------------- $1055/2 races I plan to treat the Z as a backup daily driver to another (more fuel efficient) car. So I'm going to try to keep her fairly streetable and not a full fledged race car. So I'll probably drive it on weekends and when I just feel like I need a pick-me-up from a bad day. I plan on most likely driving to events then swapping rims and tires, racing then swapping back (under the assumption the car can still move under it's own power). Just wanted to know what other weekend racers end up budgeting. Note I assume that tires will only last 2 race events (A032R).
